摘要
为检验桥梁结构强度、耐久性等技术指标能否达到工程设计要求,需建立静载试验台开展静载试验,以判断大桥承载力。根据昌景黄高速铁路(江西段)施工四标段40m双线箱梁和部分32m双线、单线箱梁静载要求,进行了40m箱梁静载试验台通用性研究,介绍了各型号箱梁静载试验台的安装方法。研究表明,反力梁、传力横梁及主桁架等结构满足使用要求,具有方便安拆等优点。
The purpose of static load test is to test whether the stiffness and durability of the bridge structure meet the design requirements and judge the bearing capacity of the bridge.The specific detection principle is to determine the load size,and then the static load is applied to the design position of the bridge,so as to obtain the real bridge structure data and master its static parameters such as static displacement and settlement deformation.According to the static load requirements of 40m double track box girder and some 32m double track and single track box girder of the fourth bid section of Nanchang⁃Jingdezhen⁃Huangshan High⁃speed Railway(Jiangxi section),the universality of the 40m box girder static load test bench is studied,and the installation methods of various types of box girder static load test bench are introduced for reference.The research shows that the structure of reaction beam,force transmission cross beam and main truss and so on can meet the use requirements and have the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly.
