针对明挖基坑施工受场地等制约及设备功能冗余实际情况,提出面向地铁明挖基坑集约化施工需要的移动综合作业平台整体设计方案、主要部分结构,介绍了该移动作业平台功能、特点及其设计中重点注意事项。采用该移动作业平台可减少现场设备重复和浪费,提高现场设备管理、施工效率及安全性,具有极高经济和社会效益。

A mobile comprehensive operation platform scheme for the intensive construction of subway open foundation excavation is proposed according to the actual situation that the construction of open foundation excavation is restricted by site and equipment function redundancy.Its overall scheme and the structure of the main parts are given.The functions,characteristics and key points for attention in the design of the mobile operation platform are introduced.The use of the mobile operation platform can reduce the repetition and waste of on⁃site equipment,improve on⁃site equipment management,construction efficiency and safety.It has high economic and social benefits.
