网络社交依赖对大学生线上社交焦虑的影响:反刍思维与错失恐惧的链式中介作用

Effect of network social dependence on online social anxiety of college students:Chain mediating effct of rumination and fear of missing out

目的:基于“失补偿”假说,探讨网络社交依赖对大学生线上社交焦虑的影响,并考察反刍思维、错失恐惧的中介作用机制。方法:采用网络社交依赖量表、社交媒体用户社交焦虑量表、反刍思维量表和错失恐惧量表对1099名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①网络社交依赖与线上社交焦虑、反刍思维、错失恐惧呈显著正相关(r=0.47,0.35,0.40;P<0.01),反刍思维、错失恐惧与线上社交焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.53,0.55;P<0.01),反刍思维与错失恐惧呈显著正相关(r=0.58,P<0.01);②网络社交依赖直接影响线上社交焦虑,效应值为0.38;反刍思维与错失恐惧在网络社交依赖与线上社交焦虑间起中介作用,效应值分别为0.06,0.18;③反刍思维和错失恐惧的链式中介作用,效应值为0.13。结论:网络社交依赖对大学生线上社交焦虑有直接预测作用,还可以通过反刍思维与错失恐惧的间接作用影响线上社交焦虑。

Objective:Based on the“loss compensation”hypothesis,this paper explores the influence of network social dependence on online social anxiety,and examines the mediating mechanism of rumination and fear of missing out.Methods:A total of 1099 college students were surveyed by the Network Social Dependence Scale,Social Media User Social Anxiety Scale,Rumination Thinking Scale,and Fear of Missing Out Scale.Results:①Network social dependence was significantly positively correlated with online social anxiety,rumination,and fear of missing out(r=0.47,0.35,0.40,P<0.01).Rumination,fear of missing out were significantly positively correlated with online social anxiety(r=0.53,0.55,P<0.01).Rumination was positively correlated with fear of missing out(r=0.58,P<0.01).②Network social dependence directly affected online social anxiety,and the effect value was 0.38;Rumination and fear of missing out played mediating roles between network social dependence and online social anxiety,and the effect values were 0.06 and 0.18,respectively.③The chain mediating effect of rumination and fear of missing out was 0.13.Conclusion:Network social dependence has a direct effect on college students’online social anxiety,and it can also affect online social anxiety through the indirect effects of rumination and fear of missing out.
