摘要
目的:基于动机干扰理论/自我损耗理论,探讨数字休闲动机干扰对网络学习投入的影响及作用机制。方法:采用方便取样法,选取华中地区721名大学生为被试,采用数字休闲动机干扰量表、自我损耗量表、未来时间洞察力量和网络学习投入量表进行研究。结果:数字休闲动机干扰负向预测网络学习投入(β=-0.09,P<0.05);自我损耗在其中起中介作用(β=-0.03,P<0.001);未来时间洞察力分别调节数字休闲动机干扰与网络学习投入(β=0.10,P<0.01)以及自我损耗与网络学习投入的关系(β=-0.13,P<0.001)。高未来时间洞察力个体在面对高数字休闲动机干扰或处于高自我损耗时,网络学习投入水平均高于低未来时间洞察力个体。结论:数字休闲动机干扰通过自我损耗负向预测网络学习投入,未来时间洞察力缓冲了数字休闲动机干扰和自我损耗对网络学习投入的负面影响。
Objective:To investigate the effect of digital leisure motivational interference on online learning engagement and the mechanism of action based on motivational interference theory and ego depletion theory.Methods:Using a convenience sampling method,721 college students in central China were selected as subjects and studied by using the Digital Leisure Motivational Interference Scale,the Ego Depletion Scale,the Future Time Perspective Scale,and the Online Learning Engagement Scale.Results:①DLMI negatively predicted online learning engagement(β=-0.09,P<0.05);②Ego depletion played a mediating role in the relationship between DLMI and online learning engagement(β=-0.03,P<0.001);③Future time perspective moderated the relationship between DLMI and online learning engagement(β=0.10,P<0.01),as well as ego depletion and online learning engagement(β=-0.13,P<0.001).Individuals with high future time perspective had higher levels of online learning engagement than individuals with low future time perspective when they faced high DLMI or were in high ego depletion.Conclusion:Digital leisure motivational interference negatively predicts online learning engagement through ego depletion,and future time perspective buffers the negative effects of digital leisure motivational interference and ego depletion on online learning engagement.
