心理脆弱对医学研究生心理资本的影响:一个有调节的中介模型

How mental vulnerability affects psychological capital of medical graduate students:A moderated mediation model

目的:探究心理脆弱对医学研究生心理资本的影响及其作用机制。方法:便利抽取河南省5所高校的1019名医学研究生,采用心理脆弱量表、认知情绪调节问卷、接纳及行动问卷和积极心理资本问卷进行调查。并采用结构方程模型来验证变量之间的相关性、中介效应和调节效应。结果:①心理脆弱与医学研究生心理资本显著负相关(r=-0.383,P<0.001),与非适应性认知情绪调节和心理灵活性得分呈显著正相关(r=0.629,P<0.001);②非适应性认知情绪调节在心理脆弱与医学研究生心理资本之间起部分中介作用,效应值为-0.2466,占总效应的37.26%;③心理灵活性可调节非适应性认知情绪调节中介作用的前半段和后半段(β=-0.0580、-0.1966,t=-2.8139、-9.8850,P<0.05),且在低心理脆弱和高非适应性认知情绪调节时作用更显著。结论:提高医学研究生心理灵活性和减少非适应性认知情绪调节的使用是预防由心理脆弱引起的心理资本贫乏的重要途径。

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of mental vulnerability on psychological capital of medical graduate students.Methods:A total of 1019 medical postgraduates from 5 universities in Henan province were selected and investigated by mental vulnerability questionnaire,Cognitive Emotion regulation Questionnaire,Positive Psycap Questionnaire,Acceptance and Action QuestionnaireⅡ.Structural equation model was used to verify the correlation,mediating effect,and moderating effect among variables.Results:①Mental vulnerability was negatively correlated with psychological capital of medical graduate students(r=-0.383,P<0.001),and positively correlated with scores of non-adaptive cognitive emotional regulation and psychological flexibility(r=0.629,P<0.001);②The non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation played a partial mediating role between mental vulnerability and psychological capital of medical graduate students,and the effect value was-0.2466,accounting for 37.26%of the total effect;③Psychological flexibility could regulate the first and second half of the mediating effect of non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation(β=-0.0580,-0.1966,t=-2.8139,-9.8850,P<0.05),and the effect of low mental vulnerability and high adaptive cognitive emotion regulation was higher.Conclusion:Improving the psychological flexibility of medical graduate students and reducing the use of non-adaptive cognitive emotional regulation is an important way to prevent the psychological capital deficiency caused by mental vulnerability.
