典型长距离输油管线地震易损性评估

摘要 我国长距离输油管线面临着严峻的地震安全威胁。评估长距离输油管线地震安全风险,排查抗震薄弱区段对管线防灾减灾工作具有重大的现实意义。本文基于地震作用下连续焊接管道截面的组合应力值、平均震害率及破坏处数,划分了长距离输油管线地震破坏等级,给出了典型长距离输油管线的地震易损性评估方法。结合实例,给出了典型长距离输油管线地震易损性评估结果,进行了管线抗震薄弱部位分析,并提出了相应的对策与建议。本文可为一般场地长距离输油管线地震灾害风险排查工作提供指导。 Long-distance oil pipelines in China are facing severe seismic safety threats.It is of great practical significance to evaluate the seismic safety risk of long-distance oil pipeline and identify the seismic weak section for pipeline disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the combined stress value,average seismic damage rate and number of damage points of the continuous welded pipeline section under earthquake action,the seismic damage grade of long-distance oil pipeline is divided,and the seismic vulnerability evaluation method of typical long-distance oil pipeline is given.Combined with an example,the seismic vulnerability assessment results of typical long-distance oil pipeline are given,the seismic weak parts of the pipeline are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper can provide guidance for seismic disaster risk investigation of long-distance oil pipeline.
