船舶载运煤炭问题研究

Study on Transportation of Coal by Ships

针对煤炭本身的性质和作为固体散装货物在海上运输时的危险特性,结合船舶载运煤炭的相关国际公约、国内法律、规范和标准的最新要求,分析了船舶载运煤炭的操作和常见问题,并针对性地提出了安全建议,助力业界进一步规范载运煤炭。

Based on the nature of coal and its hazardous properties when transported by sea,and taking into consideration the latest requirements of international conventions,domestic laws,regulations,and standards on the transportation of coal by ships,this paper analyzes the main operational and common problems,and puts forward corresponding safety suggestions to assist the industry in ensuring more standard coal transportation.
