幽门螺杆菌感染儿童消化性溃疡患者Th17/Treg与转化生长因子β和白细胞介素水平的临床意义

Clinical significance of Th17/Treg,transforming growth factorβand interleukin levels in helicobacter pyloriinfected children with peptic ulcer disease

目的研究不同分型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染儿童消化性溃疡(PU)患者辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和白细胞介素(IL)水平。方法选取2021年2—9月本院收治的90例Hp感染儿童PU患儿作为研究对象,采用免疫印迹法检测血清Hp分型,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测Th17/Treg、TGF-β和IL-1β、IL-17、IL-35水平,比较不同分型患儿Th17/Treg、TGF-β和IL-1β、IL-17、IL-35水平。结果90例患儿中,HpⅠ型51例(56.67%),HpⅡ型14例(15.56%),Hp阴性25例(27.78%)。HpⅠ型患儿Th17/Treg水平低于HpⅡ型及Hp阴性患儿,TGF-β、IL-1β、IL-17、IL-35水平均高于HpⅡ型及Hp阴性患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HpⅡ型患儿Th17/Treg水平低于Hp阴性患儿,TGF-β、IL-1β、IL-17、IL-35水平均高于Hp阴性患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同分型Hp感染儿童PU患儿Th17/Treg、TGF-β和IL水平存在差异,利于鉴别Hp分型,为临床提供新思路。

Objective To investigate T helper cell 17(Th17)/T regulatory cell(Treg)transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)and interleukin(IL)levels in children with peptic ulcer(PU)infected by different types of Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Atotal of 90 cases Hp-infected children with PU were selected from our hospital from February to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Western blotting was used to detect serum Hp typing,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of Th17/Treg,TGF-βand IL-1β,IL-17,IL-35,and the levels of Th17/Treg,TGF-βand IL-1β,IL-17 and IL-35 in children with different subtypes were compared.Results Among the 90 patients,51 cases(56.67%)were Hp typeⅠ,14 cases(15.56%)were Hp typeⅡ,and 25 cases(27.78%)were Hp negative.The levels of Th17/Treg in Hp typeⅠpatients were lower than those in Hp typeⅡpatients and Hp negative patients,and the levels of TGF-β,IL-1β,IL-17 and IL-35 were higher than those in Hp typeⅡpatients and Hp negative patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Th17/Treg in Hp typeⅡpatients were lower than those in Hp negative patients,and the levels of TGF-β,IL-1β,IL-17 and IL-35 were higher than those in Hp negative patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There were certain differences in Th17/Treg,TGF-βand interleukin levels in children with PU by different types of Hp,which was helpful for the classification and identification of Hp and provided new ideas for clinical practice.
