经阴道超声检查联合超声造影在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值

Application value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer

目的探讨经阴道超声检查联合超声造影在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的70例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据病理结果分为Ⅰ期26例,Ⅱ期20例,Ⅲ期24例。所有患者均行阴道超声和超声造影检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,采用Kappa一致性比较经阴道超声联合超声造影对宫颈癌的诊断价值。结果经阴道超声联合超声造影诊断Ⅰ期的特异度、灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于阴道超声、超声造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道超声联合超声造影诊断Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的准确度均高于阴道超声、超声造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声联合超声造影可提高宫颈癌诊断价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from January and December 2020 were enrolled as derwent examinations of transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Taking pathological check results as the golden standard,the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound for cervical cancer was analyzed by Kappa consistency test.Results The specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of stageⅠwere higher than those of transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosing stageⅡand stageⅢwas higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the diagnostic value for cervical cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
