Analysis of the influence of designated supervision on nursing quality and satisfaction in critically ill ICU patients

目的ICU危重患者实行定人监管对护理质量、满意度的影响分析。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的80例ICU危重患者作为研究对象,根据纳入时间的不同将其分为参照组(2019年1月至2020年1月)与实验组(2020年2月至2021年1月),各40例。参照组予以常规护理,实验组予以定人监管,比较两组实施护理后的护理质量、治疗心态及护理满意度。结果实验组安全管理、护理技能、应急操作及护患沟通评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显低于护理前,且实验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意度为97.50%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.013)。结论根据ICU危重患者的特点及需求应用定人监管可优化护理干预措施,增强临床护理效果的同时有助于稳定患者病情,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analysis of the influence of designated supervision on nursing quality and satisfaction in critically ill patients in ICU.Methods Eighty critically ill ICU patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group(from January 2019 to January 2020)and the experimental group(from February 2020 to January 2021)according to the different inclusion time,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was assigned to the designated supervision,the nursing quality,treatment mentality and nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results Safety management,nursing skills,emergency operation and nurse-patient communication scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the characteristics and needs of critically ill patients in ICU treatment,the application of designated supervision can optimize the nursing intervention measures,drive the effect of clinical nursing and help to stabilize the patients'condition,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
