PDCA循环在降低新生儿全肠外营养液调配差错发生率中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of errors in the allocation of neonatal nutrient solution of total parenteral nutrition

目的评估PDCA循环降低新生儿全肠外营养液(TPN)调配差错发生率中的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月本院行TPN支持治疗的100例新生患儿作为研究对象,根据收治时间分为观察组(2020年9月至2021年3月)与对照组(2020年3—9月),每组50例。对照组给予常规护理管理模式,观察组给予PDCA循环管理模式,比较两组新生儿营养液调配差错发生率及患儿家属满意度情况。结果观察组营养液调配差错率为2.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理质量满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式能有效降低新生儿实施TPN调配差错发生率,提高新生儿安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of PDCA circulation in reducing the incidence of errors in the allocation of neonatal nutrient solution of total parenteral nutrition(TPN).Methods 100 newborn children who underwent TPN support treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(September 2020 to March 2021)and the control group(March to September 2020)based on the time frame,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management mode,while the observation group was given PDCA circulation management mode,the incidence of errors in the allocation of neonatal nutrient solution and the satisfaction of the patient's family members were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of nutrient solution formulation in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of nursing quality among the family members in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of TPN allocation errors in newborns,improve neonatal safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
