内在感知、社会网络与农户畜禽粪污集中处理参与意愿

Internal Perception,Social Networks,and Farmers’Willingness to Participate in Centralized Treatment of Livestock and Poultry Manure

探究农户参与畜禽粪污集中处理的影响机理,对于畜禽粪污集中处理长效持续推进、进一步挖掘畜禽粪污利用潜力和改善农村人居环境具有重要意义。文章基于新疆农户调查数据,构建多元有序Logit模型,分析内在感知和社会网络对农户畜禽粪污集中处理参与意愿的影响,并讨论社会网络对内在感知影响农户集中处理参与意愿的调节作用。研究表明:农户的内在感知和强关系网络水平越高,参与畜禽粪污集中处理的意愿越强,但弱关系网络对农户的参与意愿影响不显著;强关系网络和弱关系网络对内在感知—参与意愿关系均存在显著的正向调节作用;农户畜禽粪污集中处理参与意愿的影响因素在不同风险偏好和养殖收入占比异质下存在差异。据此,应加快构建农户参与机制、强化强关系网络作用、扩宽信息获取渠道,发挥弱关系网络作用、制定差异化激励政策。

Exploring the impact mechanism of farmers’participation in centralized treatment of livestock and poultry manure is of great significance for the long-term and sustainable promotion of centralized treatment of livestock and poultry manure,further tap⁃ping into the potential of livestock and poultry manure utilization,and improving rural living environment.The article is based on survey data from farmers in Xinjiang and constructs a multivariate ordered Logit model to analyze the impact of internal perception and social network on farmers’willingness to participate in centralized treatment of livestock and poultry manure,and to discuss the moderating role of social network on the impact of internal perception on farmers’willingness to participate in centralized treat⁃ment.Research shows that the higher the level of farmers’internal perception and strong relationship network,the stronger their willingness to participate in centralized treatment of livestock and poultry manure,but the weak relationship network has no signifi⁃cant impact on farmers’willingness to participate.Besides,Both strong and weak relationship networks have a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between internal perception and willingness to participate.In addition,the influencing factors of farmers’willingness to participate in centralized treatment of livestock and poultry manure vary under different risk preferences and heterogeneity in the proportion of breeding income.Based on the above,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of farm⁃ers’participation mechanisms,strengthen the role of strong relationship networks,expand channels for information acquisition,play the role of weak relationship networks,and formulate differentiated incentive policies.
