摘要 为解决沥青船整体式液舱绝缘保温的问题,以15000 t沥青船整体式液舱为研究对象,选用泡沫玻璃作为绝缘材料,进行液舱加热计算,优化加热盘管布置,完成加热系统优化,可对同类型船的加热系统设计具有指导和参考价值。 In order to solve the thermal insulation problem of integral tank for asphalt tanker,the integral tank for 15000 t asphalt tanker is taken as the research object.The foam glass is selected as the insulation material,the tank heating calculation is made,the heating coil arrangement is optimized,and the heating system optimization is completed,which can provide guidance and reference value for the heating system design of the same type of ship.
