窥鼻器清洗架的制作及应用效果评价

Manufacture and Application Effect Evaluation of Nasal Endoscope Cleaning Rack

目的:设计并制作一种窥鼻器清洗架,并对比验证窥鼻器清洗架在固定窥鼻器进行清洗处理的清洗效果。方法:①制作设计出窥鼻器清洗架。②将400把使用后的窥鼻器随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为200把,对比组采用手工逐一刷洗后将窥鼻器放入器械清洗筐,观察组将有明显污渍的窥鼻器手工刷洗后固定在窥鼻器清洗架上,两组同时进行全自动清洗机清洗。采用目测法、带光源放大镜检查、ATP荧光实验对窥鼻器进行检查。结果:观察组目测法、放大镜检查及ATP荧光实验的合格率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),清洗时间、次数、用水量均少于对照组。结论:使用窥鼻器清洗架清洗窥鼻器能明显提高窥鼻器的清洗效果及节约清洗成本。

Objective:To design and manufacture a nasal endoscope cleaning rack,and compare and verify the cleaning effect of the nasal endoscope cleaning rack in fixed nasal endoscope.Methods:①Design and manufacture the nasal endoscope cleaning rack.②Divide 400 used nasal endoscope into experimental group and control group randomly,each group has 200.The control group adopts manual brushing one by one,and puts the nasal endoscope into the instrument cleaning basket.The experimental group cleans the nasal endoscope with obvious stains by hand and then fix it on the cleaning rack of nasal endoscope.The two groups are cleaned by automatic cleaning machine at the same time.The nasal endoscope was examined by visual inspection,magnifying glass with light source and ATP fluorescence test.Results:The qualified rates of visual inspection,magnifying glass examination and ATP fluorescence test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01),and the cleaning time,times and water consumption were less than those in the control group.Conclusion:The cleaning effect of nasal endoscope can be significantly improved and the cleaning cost can be saved by using the cleaning frame of nasal endoscope.
