摘要 目的:观察1.5T磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)以及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列检查于脑出血以及脑梗死诊断中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月~2022年12月收治以脑出血为诊断结果(患者37例,共50个病灶)以及脑梗死为诊断结果(患者83例,共107个病灶)且均接受DWI以及SWI序列检查的患者为观察对象。比较不同序列对两种疾病的检出率及不同组别患者的表观弥散系数(ADC)、相位值(PV)。结果:在常规序列扫描下两种疾病检出率相比,无差异性(P>0.05)。在DWI序列检查下脑梗死病灶检出率高于脑出血,而SWI序列检查下脑出血病灶检出率高于脑梗死(P<0.05)。相较脑出血患者,脑梗死患者病灶周围ADC值较低,PV数值、病灶中心ADC值均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑出血以及脑梗死的诊断中,以DWI及SWI序列检查的检出率相对较高,且对两种疾病的检出具有较高的鉴别价值。 Objective:To observe the clinical value analysis of DWI(1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging)and SWI(magnetic sensitive weighted imaging)sequence examination in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted between January 2021 and December 2022,with cerebral hemorrhage as the diagnosis(37 patients with a total of 50 lesions)and cerebral infarction as the diagnosis(83 patients with a total of 107 lesions).All patients underwent DWI and SWI sequence examinations.The detection rate of different sequences for the two diseases and the ADC and PV values of different groups were compared.Results:There was no difference in the detection rate of the two diseases under routine sequence scanning(P>0.05).The detection rate of cerebral infarction lesions was higher than that of cerebral hemorrhage under DWI sequence examination,while the detection rate of cerebral hemorrhage lesions under SWI sequence examination was higher than that of cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Compared with patients with cerebral hemorrhage,patients with cerebral infarction have lower ADC values around the lesion,higher PV values,and higher ADC values at the center of the lesion,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction,the detection rate of DWI and SWI sequence examination is relatively high,and it has a high differential value for the detection of the two diseases.
