计算机体层成像和磁共振成像对不同脑血管疾病的诊断效果差异研究

Study on the Difference Between CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Different Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的:研究在不同脑血管疾病的诊断中应用计算机体层成像(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)的差异性。方法:于本院抽选120例疑似脑血管疾病作为研究对象,以诊疗资料为研究主体参与2021年10月~2023年1月临床统计。所用患者在明确病情之后,均开展计算机体层成像(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)检查,以脑血管造影检查作为金标准,比较CT和MRI在不同脑血管疾病中的诊断效果。结果:CT和MRI不同脑血管疾病检出率后者明显高于前者,P<0.05;CT和MRI诊断符合率、特异率、灵敏度相比,后者明显高于前者,P<0.05。不同的脑血管疾病,CT和MRI会出现不同的影像学特征,可以结合相关特征对疾病进行鉴别与诊断,如动脉瘤患者在MRI影像学中,液体的衰竭反转恢复序列T1WI会出现低信号,而液体的衰竭反转恢复序列T2WI会出现高信号,边缘会发现环形的低信号,而CT检查不会发现明显的异常表现。结论:在不同脑血管疾病的诊断中,CT和MRI均会表现出相应的优势,但MRI在脑血管疾病的诊断中具有较高的应用价值,但CT检查速度较快,耗时短,费用低,故在不同脑血管疾病患者在诊断时可结合自身疾病,选择相应的检查诊断方式。

Objective:To study the difference between computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of different cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:120 patients with suspected cerebrovascular diseases were selected as research objects in our hospital,and clinical statistics were collected from October 2021 to January 2023.All patients were examined by computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)after their conditions were determined.Cerebrovascular angiography was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic effects of CT and MRI in different cerebrovascular diseases.Results:The detection rate of cerebrovascular diseases on CT and MRI was significantly higher than that on MRI(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate,specificity rate and sensitivity of CT were significantly higher than those of MRI(P<0.05).For different cerebrovascular diseases,CT and MRI have different imaging features,which can be combined with relevant features to differentiate and diagnose the diseases.For example,in MRI images of patients with aneurysms,low signal of fluid depletion reversal recovery sequence T1WI will appear,while high signal of fluid depletion reversal recovery sequence T2WI will appear,and low ring signal will be found at the edge.CT will not find any obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of different cerebrovascular diseases,both CT and MRI will show corresponding advantages,but MRI has a high application value in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,but CT examination speed is fast,time is short,low cost,so patients with different cerebrovascular diseases can choose the corresponding examination and diagnosis methods combined with their own disease.
