自动乳腺容积超声成像技术对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断优势

摘要 目的:探讨自动乳腺容积超声成像技术对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断优势。方法:对76例患者共101个乳腺肿瘤进行常规手持式超声和自动全容积超声成像进行检查对比分析,以手术病理结果为诊断金标准,分析诊断结果的准确性。结果:在13例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤中,通过自动乳腺容积超声成像技术检查确诊的有10例,检出率为76.92%;通过常规手持式超声检查确诊的有8例,检出率61.54%。自动乳腺容积超声成像技术对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的检出率高于常规手持式超声,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.24,P<0.05)。结论:自动乳腺全容积成像技术,更有利于观察乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的形态、结构以及肿瘤与周边组织的关系,更有效地提高了乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断敏感性和准确性。 Objective:This study explores the diagnostic advantage of automatic breast volume ultrasound imaging in intraductal papillary(IDP)of the breast.Methods:A total of 101 breast tumors in 76 patients were compared with 2D ultrasound imaging and 3D ultrasound imaging.Subject to pathological findings,the diagnostic results was analyzed with pathologic findings.Results:Among the 13 IDPs,10 cases were confirmed by Automated breast volume ultrasound imaging,and the detection rate was 76.92%.8 cases were confirmed by routine ultrasonography,with a detection rate of 61.54%.The detection rate of intraductal papillary by automated breast volume ultrasound imaging and handheld ultrasound the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.24,P<0.05).Conclusions:Automatic breast volume ultrasound imaging is more helpful to observe the morphological structure of intraductal papilloma and the relationship between its surrounding tissues,and improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of Intraductal papilloma were improved more effectively.
