无痛肠镜下钛夹结合高频电凝电切术治疗大肠息肉的效果观察

The Effect of Titanium Clip Combined with High Frequency Electrocoagulation Under Painless Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的:分析无痛肠镜下钛夹与高频电凝电切术联合治疗大肠息肉的效果。方法:选择2022年1月~12月本院重点收治的114例大肠息肉患者作为观察对象,根据不同治疗方式进行分组,将57例行单独高频电凝电切术干预的患者作为对照组,将余下57例行无痛肠镜下高频电凝电切术联合钛夹干预的患者作为观察组,对两组的临床治疗疗效进行比较。结果:观察组的平均手术时间比对照组长,但平均住院时间明显比对照组短,且术中整体出血量比对照组少,组间相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组术后出现的不良并发症比观察组多,组间相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组并未出现复发病例,对照组复发率为14.03%,组间相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛肠镜下使用钛夹与高频电凝电切术联合治疗大肠息肉,效果十分显著,可以降低术后出现的不良症状,并对患者复发率进行有效控制。

Objective:To analyze the effect of titanium clip combined with high frequency electrocoagulation under painless colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods:A total of 114 patients with colorectal polyps admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2022 were enrolled in the study,57 patients who were treated by high frequency electrocoagulation alone were taken as control group,and the remaining 57 patients who were treated by high frequency electrocoagulation combined with titanium clips under painless enteroscopy were taken as observation group,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The average operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,but the average hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the overall intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,with statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).There were more adverse complications in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05),but there were no recurrence cases in the observation group,and the recurrence rate was 14.03%in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of titanium clip and high frequency electrocoagulation under painless colonoscopy is very effective in the treatment of colorectal polyps,which can reduce the postoperative adverse symptoms and effectively control the recurrence rate of patients.
