同质化管理下本院医疗安全不良事件现状分析及对策研究

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Medical Safety Adverse Events in Our Hospital Under Homogenization Management

目的:通过对医疗安全不良事件进行分析,提出有针对性的改进对策。方法:应用Excel,采用回顾性的方法对本院2018年~2021年度的医疗不良事件进行分析。结果:2018年~2021年本院医疗安全不良事件上报率呈逐年上升趋势,医疗安全不良事件发生对象主要发生在老年人,男性多于女性,主要为护理类不良事件,以外科居多,常见于普通外科、神经外科,最多的为带入压力性损伤的不良事件。结论:在同质化管理模式下制定医疗安全不良事件管理办法,完善闭环管理流程体系,鼓励不良事件上报,强化院科两级督查,以减少医疗安全不良事件的发生。

Objective:To propose the targeted improvement countermeasures through the analysis of the medical safety adverse events reported.Methods:A retrospective method was used to analyze the medical safety adverse events in our hospital in 2018-2021 by using Excel.Results:From 2018 to 2021,the reporting rate of adverse medical safety events in our hospital was increasing year by year.The adverse events mainly occurred in the elderly,more males than women,mainly nursing adverse events,mostly surgery,common in general surgery and neurosurgery,and the most were adverse events with stress injury.Conclusion:In order to reduce the occurrence of medical safety adverse events under the homogenized management mode,it’s necessary to formulate the management method of medical safety adverse events,to improve the closed-loop management process system,to encourage the reporting of adverse events,and to strengthen the supervision of hospitals and departments.
