早期宫颈癌前病变患者应用阴道镜辅助宫颈环形电切术治疗疗效及安全性探析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Colposcopy Assisted Circular Electrosurgical Resection for Early Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的:探究早期宫颈癌前病变患者开展阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年8月在江西省南昌市东湖区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治确诊为早期宫颈癌前病变患者100例,通过随机数字表法将患者分组,对照组50例和观察组50例,分别接受常规手术治疗和接受阴道镜联合LEEP术式治疗。分析两种术式疗效、围术期指标、并发症、预后质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术所需时间、引流时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生情况例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后6个月间观察组患者复发例数、接受二次手术治疗例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对早期宫颈癌前病变患者展开阴道镜辅助下宫颈环形电切术治疗,能有效改善病情恶化,并发症风险低,长期保障病情控制,满足临床及患者预期需求。

Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of colposcopy combined with cervical circular resection(LEEP)in treating early cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:From January 2021 to August 2022,100 patients diagnosed with early cervical precancerous lesions were selected from the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Donghu District,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province.The patients were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients and an observation group of 50 patients,who received routine surgery and colposcopy combined with LEEP surgery,respectively.Compare and evaluate the efficacy,perioperative indicators,complications,and prognosis quality of the two surgical methods.Results:The total effective rate of patients undergoing colposcopy combined with LEEP surgery was higher than that of patients undergoing conventional surgery(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter surgical time,drainage time,and postoperative hospital stay compared to the control group,and lower intraoperative blood output(P<0.05).The number of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Within 6 months after surgery,the number of patients in the observation group who experienced recurrence and received secondary surgical treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conducting colposcopy assisted cervical circular electrosurgical resection for early cervical precancerous lesions can effectively improve the deterioration of the condition,reduce the risk of complications,and ensure long-term disease control to meet clinical and patient expectations.
