关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Arthroscopic Debridement for the Treatment of Knee Joint Pain

目的:分析膝关节骨关节疼痛行关节镜清理术治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月~2021年5月28例膝关节骨关节疼痛患者,患者入院后均行关节镜清理术,评估疼痛程度,观察膝关节恢复情况,同时记录疗效。结果:关于疼痛程度的评估和统计,无痛、轻度疼痛率在术后(21.43%、46.43%)均比术前(3.57%、21.43%)高,重度疼痛率在术后(3.57%)比术前(25.00%)低,P<0.05。中度疼痛以及剧痛率在术后(28.57%、0)和术前(46.43%、3.57%)无差异,P>0.05。经五个维度评估患者的关节恢复情况,所得数值在术后均比术前高,P<0.05。28例膝关节骨关节疼痛患者治疗后,有71.43%(20例)达到显效,有25.00%(7例)达到好转,仅有3.57%(1例)无效,总有效率为96.43%(27例)。结论:关节镜下清理术有较好效果,可抑制膝骨疼痛感,能恢复膝骨功能,有效性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic debridement for knee joint pain.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 28 patients with knee joint pain.Arthroscopic debridement was performed on all patients after admission from February 2019 to May 2021.During this period,the pain degree was assessed,the recovery of knee joint was observed,and the efficacy was recorded.Results:As for the evaluation and statistics of pain degree,the rates of painless and mild pain were higher after surgery(21.43%and 46.43%)than before surgery(3.57%and 21.43%),and the rates of severe pain were lower after surgery(3.57%)than before surgery(25.00%),P<0.05.The rates of moderate pain and severe pain showed no difference between postoperative(28.57%,0)and preoperative(46.43%,3.57%),P>0.05.The joint recovery of each patient was evaluated from five dimensions,and the values obtained were all higher after surgery than before,P<0.05.After treatment,71.43%(20 cases)of 28 patients with knee pain achieved significant effect,25.00%(7 cases)achieved improvement,and only 3.57%(1 case)was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.43%(27 cases).Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement has a good effect,it can inhibit knee pain and restore knee function with high effectiveness.
