经自然腔道的输尿管硬镜联合软镜对患者疼痛的影响

The Effect of Rigid Ureteroscopy Combined with Soft Ureteroscopy Through the Natural Lumen on PatientPain

目的:探究经自然腔道的输尿管硬镜联合软镜对2cm以上肾结石患者疼痛的影响。方法:将2020年10月~2022年8月本院的60例2cm以上肾结石患者进行探析,分为两组,其中对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施经自然腔道的输尿管硬镜联合软镜术干预,对比两组患者临床指标。结果:实验组的疼痛评分在干预后低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组住院时间、血红蛋白水平、治疗满意度与对照组对比,有极大优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实验组的治疗手段对患者的病情改善有重大作用,其不仅可以提升治疗的整体满意度,同时也可以提高治疗总有效率,且能够改善患者的疼痛反应,缩短住院时间,对血红蛋白水平有明显调整效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ureteral hard mirror combined with soft mirror through natural channel on pain in patients with renal stones above 2cm.Methods:60 patients with renal stones above 2cm in our hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were analyzed and divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received intervention through ureteral hard mirror combined with soft mirror through natural channel.Multiple indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05);The experimental group had significant advantages in terms of hospital stay,hemoglobin levels,and treatment satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment methods of the experimental group have a significant impact on the improvement of patients’condition.They not only improve the overall satisfaction of treatment,but also improve the overall effective rate of treatment.They can also improve patients’pain response,shorten hospital stay,and have a significant adjustment effect on hemoglobin levels.
