探讨常规镜检法联合阴道分泌物5项检测在阴道炎中的临床作用

Exploring the Clinical Role of Routine Microscopy Combined with 5 Tests for Vaginal Secretions inVaginitis

目的:探究在阴道炎中应用常规镜检法联合阴道分泌物5项检测的临床效果。方法:选择本院2021年1月~2021年10月进行检查的妇女200例纳入研究,所有患者均进行常规镜检法,以及联合阴道分泌物5项检测,分析两种检测结果,阴道分泌物5项检测联合常规检测准确率。结果:200例患者进行阴道分泌物5项检测阳性98例,常规检测阳性87例。进行对比,采用阴道分泌物5项检测联合常规检测对于白细胞、细菌性阴道炎、念球菌的检出率高于常规检测,组间存在差异性(P<0.05);对于其他阴道炎的检测,常规检出率高于阴道分泌物5项检测联合常规检测,组间对比存在差异性(P<0.05);对于滴虫检验,两种检测方式无差异(P>0.05);阴道分泌物5项检测联合常规检测白细胞符合率为95.00%,念球菌符合率为97.00%,滴虫性阴道炎符合率为91.00%,细菌性阴道炎符合率为96.00%。结论:阴道炎在进行诊断过程中,采用常规镜检法联合阴道分泌物5项检测准确率更高,能够精准判定患者的病情,及时为患者开展治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using routine microscopy combined with 5 tests for vaginal secretions in vaginitis.Methods:200 women who were admitted to our hospital for examination from January 2021 to October 2021 were included in the study.All patients underwent routine microscopic examination and combined with 5 tests for vaginal secretions.Analyze the accuracy of two test results,5 tests for vaginal secretions combined with routine testing.Results:Among the 200 patients,98 were positive for 5 tests of vaginal secretions and 87 were positive for routine tests.For comparison,the detection rates of white blood cells,bacterial vaginitis,and Candida using five tests of vaginal secretions combined with routine tests were higher than those using routine tests,with differences between groups(P<0.05);For the detection of other vaginitis,the routine detection rate is higher than that of vaginal secretions.The combination of five routine tests showed a significant difference between groups(P<0.05);For trichomonas testing,there was no difference between the two detection methods(P>0.05);The coincidence rate of combining 5 tests for vaginal secretions with routine testing for white blood cells is 95.00%,the coincidence rate for Candida is 97.00%,the coincidence rate for trichomonal vaginitis is 91.00%,and the coincidence rate for bacterial vaginitis is 96.00%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of vaginitis,the use of conventional microscopy combined with five tests for vaginal secretions has a higher accuracy,which can accurately determine the patient’s condition and provide timely treatment.
