核磁共振技术诊断膝关节损伤的效果观察

摘要 目的:观察分析在膝关节损伤中采用磁共振成像技术(MRI)实际诊断效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2021年12月于本院收治的80例膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,对所有患者均进行CT诊断技术检查以及磁共振成像技术检查,同时对CT诊断技术检查、磁共振成像技术诊断结果和效果进行收集和分析。结果:MRI诊断符合率显著高于CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于膝关节损伤采用磁共振成像方式进行检测,可改善本疾病的诊出率,从而有效对仪器呈现的损伤类型和疾病临床特征进行诊断,为拟定具体的治疗方式提供一个有价值的根据。 Objective:To observe and analyze the actual diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging technology(MRI)in knee injury.Methods:80 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent CT diagnostic and magnetic resonance imaging examinations,and the results and effects of CT diagnostic and magnetic resonance imaging examinations were collected and analyzed.Results:The diagnosis of magnetic resonance imaging was significantly higher than that of CT,and was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using magnetic resonance imaging to detect knee joint injuries can improve the diagnosis rate of this disease,effectively diagnose the types of injuries and clinical features presented by the instrument,and provide a valuable basis for formulating specific treatment methods.
