Clinical Application Effect of VCu260 Memory IUD and TCu220C IUD

目的:研究比较VCu260记忆型宫内节育器与TCu220C宫内节育器的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月在本院放置宫内节育器的200例女性作为主要研究对象,根据随机数字表法的原则将其分为两组,对照组(n=100)使用TCu220C宫内节育器,观察组(n=100)使用VCu260记忆型宫内节育器,比较两组研究对象在术后出血情况(出血时间、出血量)、使用效果(带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、续用率)以及安全性方面的差异。结果:①术后出血情况:观察组女性的术后出血时间[(7.15±1.23)d]短于对照组[(12.16±1.37)d],术后出血量[(75.52±8.56)mL]少于对照组[(98.85±7.24)mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②使用效果:两组的带器妊娠率、脱落率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的因症取出率(2.0%)低于对照组(10.0%),续用率(98.0%)高于对照组(90.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③安全性:观察组术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于TCu220C宫内节育器,VCu260记忆型宫内节育器的安全性更高,具有放置节育器后出血量更少、出血时间更短,因症取出率低,续用率高等优势。

Objective:To compare the clinical application effect of VCu260 memory IUD and TCu220C IUD.Methods:A total of 200 women who were placed with intrauterine devices in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=100)TCu220C intrauterine device,observation group(n=100)VCu260 memory type intrauterine device,and compared postoperative bleeding,efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:①The postoperative bleeding time[(7.15±1.23)d]of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group[(12.16±1.37)d],and the postoperative bleeding volume[(75.52±8.56)mL]was less than that of the control group[(98.85±7.24)mL],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);②The effect of use:there was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate and shedding rate between the two groups(P>0.05);The removal rate(2.0%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(10.0%),and the continuation rate(98.0%)was higher than that of the control group(90.0%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);③Safety:the observation group was 3 months after surgery,6 months after surgery,and 12 months after surgery.The incidence of adverse reactions in months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with TCu220C IUD,VCu260 memory IUD has higher safety,less bleeding,shorter bleeding time after IUD placement,lower removal rate due to symptoms,and higher continuation rate.
