数字化设备管理流程对婴儿辐射保暖台日常管理的作用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Digital Equipment Management Process on the Daily Management of Infant Radiation Heating Station

目的:研究数字化设备管理流程对婴儿辐射保暖台日常管理的作用效果。方法:分别选取2020年1月~2020年12月医院开展数字化设备管理流程前、后的31例工作人员及60台婴儿辐射保暖台作为常规组和数字化组。分析两组婴儿辐射保暖台日常维修合格率及维修及时率,婴儿辐射保暖台质量控制监测指标,工作人员对设备使用满意度情况等方面的差异。此外,对比两组设备日常管理评分。结果:数字化组婴儿辐射保暖台日常维修合格率及维修及时率均高于常规组。数字化组设备故障发生次数、设备维修次数及设备维修费用均低于常规组,数字化组工作人员总满意度高于常规组,在各项设备日常管理评分方面对比,数字化组清洗评分、灭菌评分、消毒评分均高于常规组。结论:数字化设备管理流程对婴儿辐射保暖台日常管理的作用效果明显。

Objective:To study the effect of digital equipment management process on the daily management of infant radiation heating station.Methods:31 staff members and 60 infant radiation heating tables before and after the implementation of digital equipment management process in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the routine group and the digital group.To analyze the difference of the qualification rate and timeliness rate of daily maintenance,the quality control and monitoring index of infant radiation heating table,and the satisfaction degree of the staff to the use of the equipment between the two groups.In addition,the daily management scores of the two groups of equipment were compared.Results:The qualified rate of daily maintenance and the rate of timely maintenance in the digital group were higher than those in the routine group.The frequency of equipment failure,the frequency of equipment maintenance and the cost of equipment maintenance in the digitized group are lower than those in the conventional group,and the total satisfaction degree of the staff in the digitized group is higher than that in the conventional group,the scores of cleaning,sterilization and disinfection in digital group were higher than those in routine group.Conclusion:The effect of digital equipment management process on the daily management of infant radiation heating station is obvious.
