风险管理在医院医疗器械管理中的应用及对管理质量的影响

The Application of Risk Management in Hospital Medical Device Management and Its Impact on Management Quality

目的:探析风险管理在医院医疗器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年3月~2022年3月本院医疗器械300件,采用电脑抽号法分成两组,即:观察组、对照组,进行相关指标对比分析,并以不同管理方式进行管理,每组医疗器械件数为150件,管理手段为常规管理(对照组)以及风险管理(观察组),对比指标为管理质量等指标。结果:观察组的器械包装合格率、管理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生概率、管理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理对于提升医疗设备的管理质量,保证医疗设备的使用安全,提升医院的诊断和治疗水平具有重要意义。

Objective:Exploring the application effect of risk management in hospital medical device management.Methods:300 medical devices in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using computer numbering method,namely the observation group and the control group.Relevant indicators were compared and analyzed,and different management methods were used for management.The number of medical devices in each group was 150,and the management methods were routine management(control group)and risk management(observation group).The comparison indicators were management quality and other indicators.Results:The qualified rate of device packaging and management quality score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events and management defects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management is of great significance for improving the management quality of medical equipment,ensuring the safe use of medical equipment,and enhancing the diagnosis and treatment level of hospitals.
