Analysis of Quality Testing Results for Medical Linear Accelerators

目的:探讨医用直线加速器在实际应用中的质量状况,分析其使用中存在的问题,为质量管理提供科学依据。方法:根据GB/T19046-2013《医用电子加速器验收试验和周期检验规程》标准,对本院2台两种型号医用直线加速器,Varian6EX和VarianIX现场质量测试结果进行了分析。结果:本院医用直线加速器的初始合格率较高。经医疗机构质量控制人员和厂家工程师现场调试后,相关参数100%符合标准的要求。结论:必须加强医用直线加速器的质量控制措施,并定期进行性能检查,这确保了放射治疗的精确实施。

Objective:To explore the quality status of medical linear accelerators in practical applications,analyze the problems in their use,and provide scientific basis for quality management.Methods:According to the GB/T 19046-2013 Regulations for Acceptance Testing and Periodic Inspection of Medical Electron Accelerators,the on-site quality test results of two types of medical linear accelerators,Varian6EX and VarianIX,in our hospital were analyzed.Results:The initial qualification rate of our hospital’s medical linear accelerator is relatively high.After on-site debugging by quality control personnel from medical institutions and manufacturer engineers,the relevant parameters 100%meet the requirements of the standard.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the quality control measures of medical linear accelerators and conduct regular performance checks to ensure the accurate implementation of radiation therapy.
