摘要
目的:研究正电子发射计算机体层显像仪(PET/CT)检查肝高代谢灶中应用呼吸门控技术对所获影像质量的提升作用及相关技术的临床应用。方法:从2021年1月~2022年6月在本院接受PET/CT检查的患者中抽选48例分别接受非呼吸门控检查以及静态(QSRG)、冻结(QFRG)两种应用呼吸门控技术的检查。通过分析三组数据的检出率、信噪比(含对比信噪比)、代谢体积、标准摄取值(平均/最大)及最大径来分析相关技术对图像质量的有益影响。结果:QFRG组检出率最高;与非呼吸门控相比,采用呼吸门控技术所获信噪比、对比信噪比、标准摄取值(平均/最大)与未采用该技术所得数据有显著统计学差异,但QFRG与QSRG之间比较无统计学意义;而代谢体积以及最大径两项不具有统计学差异。结论:采用呼吸门控技术进行PET/CT检查能够有效提升肝高代谢灶的图像质量。
Objective:To study the effect of respiratory gating technique in PET/CT examination of hepatic hypermetabolism on the image quality and the clinical application of related techniques.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,48 patients who underwent PET/CT examinations in our hospital were selected to undergo non respiratory gating examinations,as well as static(QSRG)and frozen(QFRG)examinations using respiratory gating techniques.Analyze the beneficial impact of relevant technologies on image quality by analyzing the detection rate,signal-to-noise ratio(including comparative signal-to-noise ratio),metabolic volume,standard uptake value(average/maximum),and maximum diameter of three sets of data.Results:The QFRG group had the highest detection rate;Compared with non respiratory gating,there were significant statistical differences in the signal-to-noise ratio,comparative signal-to-noise ratio,and standard uptake value(average/maximum)obtained using respiratory gating technology compared to the data obtained without using this technology.However,there was no statistical significance in the comparison between QFRG and QSRG;There was no statistical difference in metabolic volume and maximum diameter.Conclusion:PET/CT with respiratory gating technique can effectively improve the image quality of hepatic hypermetabolism.
