美康MS-880B全自动生化分析仪检测乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能指标的研究

Study on Detection of Liver Function Indexes in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis by MS-880B Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

目的:探讨对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者采用美康MS-880B全自动生化分析仪完成肝功能指标检测的临床价值。方法:选取2021年3月~2023年3月本院收治的52例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为研究对象,设为观察组,依据肝功能Child-Pugh完成不同级别划分;同期选择健康对照组52例作为研究对象。针对所有研究对象合理采用美康MS-880B全自动生化分析仪完成肝功能指标检测,对检测结果展开分析。结果:观察组乙型肝炎肝硬化患者谷草转氨酶(GOT)水平、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)水平、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平以及TBiL水平相较于对照组表现为显著提升(P<0.05);在病情逐渐加重后,患者的GOT水平、GPT水平、ALP水平、GGT水平以及总胆红素水平表现为明显升高,观察组球蛋白、白蛋白、ApoB水平以及ApoA1水平相较于对照组表现为明显降低(P<0.05)。在病情逐渐加重后,患者的球蛋白水平、白蛋白水平、ApoB水平以及ApoA1水平表现出降低现象(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者在实施疾病诊断期间,美康MS-880B全自动生化分析仪的有效应用可有效明确肝功能指标水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of using MS-880B automatic biochemical analyzer to detect liver function indexes in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:52 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis from March 2021 to March 2023 in our hospital were selected as the study group.Different levels were divided according to Child-Pugh of liver function.In the same period,52 healthy reference group were selected as the study objects;MS-880B automatic biochemical analyzer was reasonably used to detect liver function indicators for all study subjects,and the test results were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of GOT,GPT,ALP,GGT and TBiL in the study group were significantly increased(P<0.05).After the disease gradually worsened,the levels of GOT,GPT,ALP,GGT and TBil were significantly increased,while the levels of globulin,albumin,ApoB and ApoA1 in the study group were significantly decreased compared with those in the reference group(P<0.05).After the disease gradually worsened,the levels of globulin,albumin,ApoB and ApoA1 were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis during the implementation of disease diagnosis,the effective application of Meikang MS-880B automatic biochemical analyzer can effectively clarify the level of liver function indicators.
