URIT-500B尿液分析仪在尿路感染中的鉴别诊断效能分析

摘要 目的:探讨URIT-500B尿液分析仪在尿路感染中的鉴别诊断效能。方法:选取2022年7月~2023年7月本院收治的80例疑似尿路感染患者,所有受检者均给予尿液细菌培养及URIT-500B尿液分析仪检测,比较两种检测方式的阳性检出率,并以尿液细菌培养结果为金标准,分析尿路感染患者的病原菌分布情况及尿液分析仪的诊断效能。结果:80例受检者尿液细菌培养及尿液分析仪检测阳性率分别为71.25%、65.00%(P>0.05);57例尿路感染患者病原菌为革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌分别有70.18%、29.82%;尿液分析仪诊断灵敏度为87.72%,特异度为91.30%,准确度为88.75%;尿液分析仪对革兰阴性菌的诊断灵敏度高于革兰阳性菌(P<0.05);尿液分析仪对革兰阴性菌的诊断准确度高于革兰阳性菌,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:URIT-500B尿液分析仪对尿路感染的鉴别诊断效能较佳,特别是对革兰阴性杆菌所致的尿路感染有更高的参考价值。 Objective:Exploring the differential diagnostic efficacy of the URIT-500B urine analyzer in urinary tract infections.Methods:80 patients with suspected urinary tract infections admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.All subjects were subjected to urine bacterial culture and URIT-500B urine analyzer testing.The positive detection rates of the two testing methods were compared,and the results of urine bacterial culture were used as the gold standard to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with urinary tract infections and the diagnostic efficacy of the urine analyzer.Results:The positive rates of urine bacterial culture and urine analyzer detection in 80 subjects were 71.25%and 65.00%,respectively(P>0.05);The pathogenic bacteria of 57 patients with urinary tract infections were Gram negative bacteria(70.18%)and Gram positive bacteria(29.82%),respectively;The diagnostic sensitivity of the urine analyzer is 87.72%,the specificity is 91.30%,and the accuracy is 88.75%;The diagnostic sensitivity of urine analyzer for Gram negative bacteria is higher than that of Gram positive bacteria(P<0.05);The diagnostic accuracy of the urine analyzer for Gram negative bacteria was higher than that of Gram positive bacteria,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The URIT-500B urine analyzer has better differential diagnostic efficacy for urinary tract infections,especially for urinary tract infections caused by Gram negative bacteria,with higher reference value.
