颅脑疾病气管切开患者MR290呼吸湿化器气道湿化与恒速泵持续滴入湿化的效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析比较两种气道湿化方法在颅脑疾病气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:纳入58例颅脑疾病气管切开患者为研究对象,患者的分组方式为随机数字表法,共将患者分为人数相同的观察组(n=29,气道湿化方法:MR290呼吸湿化器)与对照组(n=29,气道湿化方法:恒速泵持续滴入湿化法)。结果:观察组患者湿化后动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度等血气分析指标水平,痰液黏稠程度与气道湿化程度以及气道痰痂形成率、气道高反应、肺部感染、堵管发生率均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者湿化前相关血气分析指标水平并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:MR290呼吸湿化器是颅脑疾病气管切开患者的理想气道湿化方法。 Objective:To analyze and compare the application effects of two airway humidification methods in patients with craniocerebral diseases undergoing tracheotomy.Methods:The subjects of this study were 58 patients with cranial diseases with tracheotomy,and the patients were divided into the experimental group(n=29,airway humidification method:MR290 respiratory humidifier)and the comparison group(n=29,airway humidification method:constant rate pump continuous drip-humidification method)with the same number of patients.Results:The blood gas analysis indexes such as arterial partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,blood oxygen saturation,sputum viscosity and airway humidification,and the rate of phlegm scab formation,airway hyperreaction,pulmonary infection and tube blockage in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group after humidification,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the level of relevant blood gas analysis indexes before humidification between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:MR290 respiratory humidifier is an ideal method for airway humidification in patients with craniocerebral diseases.
