摘要
目的:评价在糖尿病足Wagner2~3级患者中短波紫外线+伤口治疗仪的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年6月在本科室住院治疗的Wagner2~3级的糖尿病足患者90例,根据随机抽样原则分观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上接受短波紫外线、伤口治疗仪治疗,比较两组不同治疗方法的效果。结果:观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,溃疡愈合总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,两组创面渗液pH值、疼痛程度评分、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体水平组间比较,P>0.05;治疗1周后,观察组创面渗液pH值、疼痛程度评分、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:短波紫外线联合伤口治疗仪在治疗糖尿病足Wagner 2~3级的患者中可以提高溃疡愈合效果,促进创面愈合,并且有改善创面渗液pH值、疼痛程度评分、C反应蛋白和D-二聚体等指标的作用。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of shortwave ultraviolet combined with a wound treatment device in patients with diabetic foot(DF)Wagner grades 2-3.Methods:A total of 90 patients with Wagner grades 2-3 diabetic foot who were admitted to our department from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received shortwave ultraviolet therapy combined with a wound treatment device in addition to conventional treatment.The effects of different treatment methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed better wound healing time and ulcer healing efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the pH value of wound exudate,pain score,C-reactive protein,and D-dimer levels between the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After one week of treatment,the observation group had lower levels of wound exudate pH,pain intensity scores,C-reactive protein,and D-dimer compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of shortwave ultraviolet combined with a wound treatment device in patients with diabetic foot(DF)Wagner grades 2-3 can improve ulcer healing efficacy,promote wound healing,and improve indicators such as wound exudate pH,pain intensity scores,C-reactive protein,and D-dimer.
