手术室医疗设备预见性维修应用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Predictive Maintenance of Medical Equipment in Operating Room

目的:分析在手术室医疗设备管理中实施预见性维修的价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月~2022年12月本院手术室37台医疗设备管理情况,2021年1月本院开始实施预见性维修管理措施,分析实施前后手术室医疗设备维修管理情况。根据投入使用时间分为对照组和观察组,2019年1月投入使用的18台设备设为对照组,2021年1月投入使用的19台设为观察组,并纳入2019年1月~2022年12月在本院手术室工作的20名医护人员作为满意度调查对象,比较两组医疗设备完好率、故障设备台数以及故障次数,并对比实施预见性维护管理措施前后手术室医护人员对于医疗设备维修管理的满意度。结果:观察组医疗设备完好率高于对照组(P<0.05),故障设备台数少于对照组(P<0.05),医疗设备故障总发生次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。实施预见性维护管理措施后手术室医护人员对医疗设备维修管理的设备风险管理、定期巡检和维护保养、维修效率和维修质量四个方面评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室医疗设备管理中实施预见性维修管理措施可有效减少医疗设备故障情况,并且可有效提高医护人员对医疗设备维修管理的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the value of predictive maintenance in operating room medical equipment management.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on the management of 37 medical devices in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022.The predictive maintenance management measures were implemented in our hospital in January 2021,and the maintenance management of medical devices in the operating room before and after the implementation was analyzed.They were divided into routine group and foresight group according to the time of use.18 sets of devices put into use in January 2019 were set as routine group,and 19 sets of devices put into use in January 2021 were set as foresight group.20 medical staff working in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included as satisfaction survey objects.The medical equipment completeness rate,the number of faulty equipment and the number of failure of the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction of medical staff in the operating room before and after the implementation of predictive maintenance management measures for medical equipment maintenance management was compared.Results:The completeness rate of medical equipment in the prediction group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),the number of faulty devices was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the total number of failures of medical equipment was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After the implementation of predictive maintenance management measures,medical staff in the operating room scored higher than before in the four aspects of equipment risk management,regular inspection and maintenance,maintenance efficiency and maintenance quality of medical equipment maintenance management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive maintenance management measures in operating room medical equipment management can effectively reduce the failure of medical equipment,and can effectively improve the satisfaction of medical staff for medical equipment maintenance management.
