摘要
特色资源识别与评估是明确职业本科教育办学定位、提升核心竞争力的有效手段。基于全国旅游院校和中国五星联盟旅游院校两个样本集的微博评论数据,运用内容分析法高频词聚类进行职业本科教育特色资源的识别,归纳出包含办学理念、师资队伍、教学运行、学科专业建设、学校管理、校园文化、社会认同、产教融合8个识别维度的特色资源要素体系,进而运用情感认知测量和IPA方法进行各类型特色资源要素的对比评估,提出职业本科院校优化特色资源的三点建议:以1+X证书制度试点为契机,通过岗课赛证融通育人增强综合认同程度;开展现代产业学院试点建设,通过办学机制改革提高资源协同整合能力;立足区域经济社会发展需要,通过发挥专业集群效应凸显学科建设优势。
The identification and evaluation of characteristic resources is an effective means to clarify the orientation of vocational undergraduate education and enhance core competitiveness.Based on the Weibo comment data of two sample sets of national tour⁃ism academies and China union of five-star tourism institutes,using the content analysis method to cluster high-frequency words to identify the characteristic resources of vocational undergraduate education,a characteristic resource element system including eight identification dimensions,including educational philosophy,faculty strength,teaching operation,construction of disciplines and ma⁃jors,school management,campus culture,social identity,industry and education integration,is summarized.Then,the emotional cognitive measurement and IPA method are used to conduct a comparative evaluation of various types of characteristic resource ele⁃ments.Finally,three suggestions are put forward for the optimization of characteristic resources in vocational colleges at undergradu⁃ate level,that is,taking the pilot of the 1+X certificate system as an opportunity,the comprehensive recognition degree is enhanced through integration and education of the post,course,competition and certificate;carrying out the pilot construction of modern in⁃dustrial colleges,the ability of resource coordination and integration is improved through the reform of school-running mechanism;and based on the needs of regional economic and social development,the advantages of discipline construction are highlighted by giving play to the effect of professional clusters.
