8种复方中药液对畜禽常见致病菌的抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用牛津杯琼脂扩散法对自配8种复方中药液HLJDS、YQH、BTWS、WWXDY、YJL、QWT、SBZ、PHBQC进行同等浓度0.5 g/mL下的抑菌活性测定。结果表明:8种复方药液对产气荚膜梭菌均表现极敏或高敏的抑菌活性,抑菌直径范围为17~32 mm;HLJDS、WWXDY、BTWS、SBZ、QWT、PHBQC对金黄色葡萄球菌表现出中敏以上的抑菌活性,抑菌直径范围为11~22.3 mm;HLJDS对绿脓杆菌试验菌株有一定的抑菌作用,抑菌直径为12.0 mm;HLJDS、QWT对沙门氏菌试验菌株有中敏的抑菌活性,抑菌直径分别为12.6和12.0 mm。从抑菌广谱性来说,HLJDS的抑菌效果最好,其对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、沙门氏菌和产气荚膜梭菌均有抑菌活性;其次QWT对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和产气荚膜梭菌也有抑菌活性。 The bacteriostatic activity of eight kinds of self-made Chinese herbal medicines(HLJDS,YQH,BTWS,WWXDY,YJL,QWT,SBZ,PHBQC)was determined by Oxford Cup agar diffusion method at the same concentration of 0.5 g/mL.The results showed that all the eight compounds exhibited very sensitive or highly sensitive antibacterial activity against Bacillus perfringens,with antibacterial diameters ranging from 17 mm to 32 mm.HLJDS,WWXDY,BTWS,SBZ,QWT and PHBQC showed more than moderately sensitive antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,with antibacterial diameters ranging from 11 to 22.3 mm.HLJDS had a certain antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains,and the antibacterial diameter was 12.0 mm.HLJDS and QWT showed moderately sensitive antibacterial activity against Salmonella strains with antibacterial diameters of 12.6 mm and 12.0 mm,respectively.In terms of the broad spectrum of bacteriostasis,HLJDS has the best bacteriostasis effect against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella and Perfringens.Secondly,QWT also has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Perfringens.
