温针灸联合温经散寒通络汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰肌劳损的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Wenjing Sanhan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain of cold-dampness obstruction type

目的 探索温针灸联合温经散寒通络汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰肌劳损患者的效果。方法 80例寒湿痹阻型腰肌劳损患者,以随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组,每组40例。常规组采用常规针刺联合温经散寒通络汤治疗,观察组采用温针灸联合温经散寒通络汤治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的中医症状积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.50%显著高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的主症、次症积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的主症、次症积分分别为(3.16±0.25)、(5.69±0.73)分,显著低于常规组的(4.98±1.32)、(8.45±1.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS、ODI评分均低于本组治疗前, JOA、GQOL-74评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者VAS评分(4.85±0.31)分、ODI评分(50.46±5.72)分均低于常规组的(6.11±0.59)、(62.39±8.51)分, JOA评分(20.36±1.32)分、GQOL-74评分(88.76±4.97)分高于常规组的(15.63±2.95)、(75.23±5.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 寒湿痹阻型腰肌劳损患者以温针灸与温经散寒通络汤联合治疗可取得理想疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Wenjing Sanhan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of lumbar muscle degeneration of cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar muscle degeneration of cold-dampness strain type were divided into conventional group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional acupuncture and Wenjing Sanhan Tongluo Decoction,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion and Wenjing Sanhan Tongluo decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,as well as traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,and General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)score before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of 80.00%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main disease and secondary disease in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the scores of main symptom and secondary symptom in the observation group were(3.16±0.25)and(5.69±0.73)points,which were significantly lower than those of(4.98±1.32)and(8.45±1.22)points in the conventional group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the scores of JOA and GQOL-74 were higher than those before treatment in this group;VAS score of(4.85±0.31)points and ODI score of(50.46±5.72)points in the observation group were lower than those of(6.11±0.59)and(62.39±8.51)points in the conventional group;JOA score of(20.36±1.32)points and GQOL-74 score of(88.76±4.97)points in the observation group were higher than those of(15.63±2.95)and(75.23±5.81)points in the conventional group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Wenjing Sanhan Tongluo Decoction can achieve ideal curative effect on patients with lumbar muscle strain.
