菖麻熄风片联合可乐定透皮贴治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Changma Xifeng tablet combined with clonidine transdermal patch in the treatment of children with tic disorder

目的 分析菖麻熄风片与可乐定透皮贴联合治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床效果。方法 146例儿童抽动障碍患儿,以双色球法分为对照组与研究组,各73例。对照组患儿给予可乐定透皮贴治疗,研究组患儿给予菖麻熄风片与可乐定透皮贴联合治疗。对比两组患儿耶鲁抽动症严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、副作用量表(TESS)评分、临床治疗效果、相关症状积分、生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,两组患儿YGTSS、TESS评分均较本组治疗前降低,且研究组患儿YGTSS评分(17.14±1.35)分、TESS评分(0.96±1.01)分低于对照组的(19.35±1.46)、(1.52±0.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率98.63%显著高于对照组的90.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿眨眼次数、眨眼频率、眨眼强度以及皱鼻子次数积分分别为(1.01±0.23)、(1.02±0.11)、(1.04±0.13)、(1.02±0.15)分,均低于对照组的(1.67±0.21)、(1.56±0.12)、(1.52±0.17)、(1.62±0.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、认知功能以及情绪功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 菖麻熄风片与可乐定透皮贴联合治疗儿童抽动障碍的效果显著,能够有效提升患儿治疗效果与生活质量,有利于改善临床症状,促进患儿康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Changma Xifeng tablet combined with clonidine transdermal patch in the treatment of children with tic disorder.Methods A total of 146 children with tic disorder were divided into control group and study group by two-color ball method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clonidine transdermal patch,and the study group was treated with Changma Xifeng tablet and clonidine transdermal patch.The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score,Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)score,clinical treatment effect,related symptom score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of YGTSS and TESS in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;YGTSS score of(17.14±1.35)points and TESS score of(0.96±1.01)points in the study group were lower than those of(19.35±1.46)and(1.52±0.13)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.63%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 90.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of blink times,blink frequency,blink intensity and wrinkled nose were(1.01±0.23),(1.02±0.11),(1.04±0.13)and(1.02±0.15)points in the study group,which were lower than those of(1.67±0.21),(1.56±0.12),(1.52±0.17)and(1.62±0.13)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,cognitive function and emotional function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Changma Xifeng tablet combined with clonidine transdermal patch has significant effect in the treatment of children with tic disorder,and can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of children,which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms and promoting rehabilitation of children.
