农业保险对农民收入的影响研究——基于农业信贷中介效应的分析

Research on Impact of Agricultural Insurance on Farmers’Income:Empirical Analysis Based on Intermediary Effect of Agricultural Credit

基于2009—2020年全国31个省份的面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型分析了农业保险对农民收入的影响及作用机理,并对其进行了区域异质性分析。结果表明,农业保险能够显著提升农民收入,农业信贷在农业保险促进农民增收的过程中发挥了中介作用。区域异质性结果表明,在此影响路径中,东部地区最强,中部次之,西部地区尚未发挥有效的中介作用。鉴于此,提出了提高农业保险支农水平、加大农业信贷支农力度、因地制宜制定相关政策等对策建议。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020,this paper analyzed the effect and mechanism of agricultural insurance on farmers’income by fixed effect model and intermediary effect model,and discussed its regional heterogeneity.The results show that agricultural insurance can significantly increase farmers’income,and agricultural credit plays an intermediary role in the process of agricultural insurance promoting farmers’income.The results of regional heterogeneity show that the eastern region is the strongest,followed by the central region,and the western region has not yet played an effective intermediary role in this impact path.In view of this,we should improve the level of agricultural insurance to support agriculture,increase the strength of agricultural credit to support agriculture,and formulate relevant policies according to local conditions.
