数字乡村与中国农村居民的社会信任关系研究

Research on Relationship between Digital Village and Social Trust of Chinese Rural Residents

为探究数字乡村建设对中国农村居民社会信任感的影响,在建立理论分析框架后,通过匹配2018年中国县域数字乡村指数和中国家庭追踪调查数据,实证检验了这种影响。结果证明:数字乡村建设能有效提升农村居民社会信任感,更换估计模型等稳健性检验都支持该结论成立。这种提升作用在原先不太重视互联网、非党员和低收入的农村居民中更为明显,在非东部地区、数字乡村初始水平相对较低的地区也更为强烈。心态更为积极开放,自我管理和认知能力更强,家庭规模更大和社会地位更高,都能正向调节这种提升作用。细分数字乡村建设指数发现数字乡村经济水平与数字乡村治理水平提高均可以显著提升农村居民的社会信任感,数字乡村生活水平提高对农村居民社会信任感的促进作用并不显著。

This paper focuses on exploring the impact of digital village construction on the social trust of rural residents in China.After establishing a theoretical analysis framework,this paper empirically tested this impact by matching data from the China County Digital Village Index and the China Household Tracking Survey in 2018.The results show that the construction of digital villages can effectively enhance the social trust of rural residents,and the robustness tests such as replacement estimation model support the validity of this finding.This boost is more pronounced among rural residents who previously attached less importance to the internet,were not CCP members or had low incomes,and is also stronger in non-eastern regions where the initial level of digital villages is relatively low.A more positive and open mindset,greater self-management and cognitive ability,larger household size and higher social status all positively moderated this uplifting effect.The analysis of the sub-indices for digital rural development suggests that improving both the level of digital rural economy and digital rural governance can significantly enhance the social trust of rural inhabitants.However,the promotion effect of improving the level of digital rural lifestyle on the social trust of rural residents is not significant.
