摘要
随着新一轮工业革命的变革,新工科建设助推对传统工科专业的改造升级,为更好地适应新技术、新业态、新模式、新产业对核类专业人才的新需求,通过以南华大学核类本科专业——辐射防护与核安全专业为例,阐述了目前核类本科专业人才培养、专业建设过程中存在的问题,结合本专业特点,进而提出在新工科背景下核类专业人才的培养目标及相关举措。经反复论证提出了优化专业、创新型人才培养的新思路,为我国核类专业本科创新型人才培养提供借鉴。
As a new round of industrial revolution progresses,the upgrade of traditional engineering majors is boosted by the new engineering construction.To better adapt to the new demand for nuclear class professionals arise from the new technology,new forms,new model and new industry,this paper takes undergraduate professional-nuclear radiation protection and nuclear safety as on example,in University of South China.The existing problems in the student training and the major construction are analyzed for nuclear class undergraduate students.Combining with the characteristics of the major,we put forward the objective of cultivating nuclear majors under the background of“new engineering”.Measures to achieve the goal are proposed.Through repeated argumentation,this paper puts forward a new way to optimize the cultivation of professional innovative students.It is hoped to provide reference for undergraduate innovation students training in nuclear majors.
