团体心理辅导改善高职生手机依赖状况的实验研究

摘要 对团体心理辅导在改善高职生手机依赖状况方面进行了有效的探讨。采用随机抽样的方式将选出的72名高职生分为实验组(36名)与控制组(36名)。实验组接受防治手机依赖团体心理辅导干预6周,结束后3个月随访;控制组不予处理。实验组辅导结束后,教师对控制组开始辅导,团体心理辅导计划与实验组相同。研究采用手机依赖指数量表和团体心理辅导活动评估表进行评估。结果表明,团体心理辅导可显著改善团体学生的手机依赖状况。大部分学生对团体心理辅导满意。 The study explored the efficacy of group counseling on improving the higher vocational students’mobile phone dependence.The 72 higher vocational students were randomly divided into the experimental group(36 students)and the control group(36 students).The experimental group received the group counseling for 6 weeks,and was followed up for 3 months,while the control group did not.After the end of the experimental group,the teacher began to tutor the control group,and the group assistance plan was the same as that of the experimental group.The Mobile Phone Dependence Index Scale and the Group-assisted Activity Assessment Form were used to evaluate the study.The results showed that the group counseling significantly improved the mobile phone dependence of the group members.Most members were satisfied with the group counseling.
