摘要
学科竞赛是大学生提升创新实践能力的实践平台,以宁波工程学院土木工程国家一流专业为例,依托学科竞赛——全国(浙江省)大学生结构竞赛、全国周培源(浙江省)大学生力学竞赛,提出“三学、三实践、三平台”的创新能力提升体系,构建以学助赛、以赛促学、赛研结合的“三位一体”的学赛研人才培养模式,并给出实施路径和保障措施。通过近五年的人才培养模式实践表明:此培养模式的实施成效显著,对其他学科学生的创新能力和实践能力培养具有借鉴意义。
The discipline competition is the practice platform for the college students’innovative practice ability promotion.The paper takes national first-class civil engineering specialty of Ningbo University of Technology as an example,based on discipline competitions-National(Zhejiang province)structural design contest for college students,China mechanics competition in honour of Peiyuan Zhou and Zhejiang province mechanics competition for college students,puts forward system of innovation ability,namely“Three kinds of learning”,“Three kinds of practice”and“Three platforms”,and builds a talent training model,namely“to learn to help competition”,“to promote learning with competition”and“combination of competition and exploration”,and provide the corresponding implement path and safeguard measure.The nearly five years of practice of talent cultivation showed that the mode can work effectively,and has a reference significance for the cultivation of other students’innovation ability and practice ability.
