摘要
由于受到生源、师资、科研创新平台的影响,地方本科院校在科研型人才和整体科研水平方面处于相对劣势的状况,科研创新型人才的培养在地方本科院校应受到更多关注和重视。通过以广西地方本科院校建筑类专业为例,从存在问题、人才培养定位、培养模式探讨等方面分析地方本科院校在科研创新型人才培养方面的机遇和挑战。提出了“1选拔—4培养—2输出”的科研创新型人才培养模式,为促进地方本科院校学生科研创新能力和科研平台的发展提供一定的帮助。
Due to the influence of students resource,teachers group,and scientific research innovation platforms,local undergraduate colleges and universities are relatively disadvantaged in terms of scientific research talents and overall scientific research level.The cultivation of scientific and innovative talents should receive more attention in local undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper takes the architectural major of local undergraduate colleges in Guangxi as an example,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges of local undergraduate colleges in the cultivation of scientific and innovative talents from the aspects of existing problems,talent training orientation,and training model.The scientific and innovative talent training model of“1 selection-4 training-2 output”is proposed,which will provide certain help for promoting the development of students’scientific research innovation ability and scientific research platform in local universities.
