摘要
电力工匠精神主要包括敬业、专注、创新等方面的内容,体现出电力从业人员的行为表现、价值取向和工作态度,是衡量电力从业人员道德、品质和能力的重要标准。高职院校思政课承担着立德树人的根本任务,弘扬电力工匠精神与高职院校思政课教学在内容和目标上具有一致性,将电力工匠精神融入高职院校的思政课教学,既有利于增强课堂教学效果、提升学生职业价值,又有利于推动教育高质量发展、培养创新型人才。基于此,介绍了新时代电力工匠精神的基本内涵,指出了电力工匠精神融入高职院校思政课教学的重要性,探讨了电力工匠精神融入高职院校思政课教学的路径,以供参考。
The spirit of electric power craftsmen mainly includes dedication,concentration and innovation,which reflects the behavior,value orientation and working attitude of electric power employees,and is an important standard for measuring the morality,quality and ability of electric power employees.The ideological and political course of higher vocational colleges undertakes the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,carries forward the spirit of electric power craftsmen and the teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges and universities is consistent in content and goals,and integrates the spirit of electric power craftsmen into the ideological and political teaching of higher vocational colleges,which is not only conducive to enhancing the effect of classroom teaching,enhancing the professional value of students,but also conducive to promoting the highquality development of education and cultivating innovative talents.Based on this,the basic connotation of the spirit of electric craftsmen in the new era is introduced,the importance of integrating the spirit of electric craftsmen into the teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges is pointed out,and the path of integrating the spirit of electric craftsmen into the teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges is discussed for reference.
