产教融合视域下学前教育专业“对话式教学”策略的研究

摘要 产教融合是职业院校与企业共同发展,实现双赢的必由之路。作为职业教育的重要主体,职业院校在时代变革中不断进行教学改革,能够增强教学的实效性,实现职业教育的创新发展。目前,“对话式教学”在学前教育专业的实践经验较少。基于产教融合的宏阔视角,以“三教改革”大背景为依托,通过分析学前教育专业教学面临的困境,阐述了学前教育专业“对话式教学”的原理及其必要性,并提出了“对话式教学”的实施策略,以期为学前教育专业教学实施“对话式教学”提供理论支持,为学前教育专业发展摆脱困境提供新的思路。 The integration of industry and education is the only way for vocational colleges and enterprises to develop together and achieve a win-win situation.As an important subject of vocational education,vocational colleges continue to carry out teaching reform in the changes of the times,which can enhance the effectiveness of teaching and realize the innovative development of vocational education.At present,“conversational teaching”has less practical experience in the preschool education profession.Based on the broad perspective of the integration of industry and education,and relying on the background of the“reform of three educations”,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the teaching of preschool education,expounds the principle and necessity of“dialogue teaching”in preschool education,and puts forward the implementation strategy of“dialogue teaching”,in order to provide theoretical support for the implementation of“dialogue teaching”in preschool education professional teaching and provide new ideas for the development of preschool education to get rid of the predicament.
