摘要 目的:探讨并分析医院治疗管理中实行精细化管理的效果评价。方法:随机选取2022年1月-2022年12月于浙江省立同德医院收治的116例患者纳入本次研究对象,利用单双数字抽签法进行分组,分为精细组与传统组,各58例。精细组实行精细化管理模式,传统组实行传统管理模式。比较组间医院感染、患者投诉、管理差错等情况、满意度、管理质量评分、不良事件发生率。结果:精细组医院感染、患者投诉、管理差错等情况总发生率是2例(3.45%),传统组组医院感染、患者投诉、管理差错等情况总发生率是9例(15.52%),精细组总发生率明显低于传统组,(P<0.05)视为差异有统计学意义。精细组满意度是57例(98.28%),传统组满意度是48例(82.76%),精细组满意度明显高于传统组,(P<0.05)视为差异有统计学意义。精细组医疗条件、院内环境、设备设施、服务理念、健康教育、生活指导等管理质量评分明显高于传统组,(P<0.05)视为差异有统计学意义。精细组不良事件发生率是3例(5.17%),传统组不良事件总发生率是10例(17.24%),精细组不良反应明显低于传统组,(P<0.05)视为差异有统计学意义。结论:在医院质量管理中运用精细化管理的效果更加明显,值得在临床广泛应用和推广。 Objective:To explore and analyze the effectiveness evaluation of implementing refined management in hospital treatment management.Method:116 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected and included in this study.They were divided into a fine group and a traditional group using a single and double digit lottery method,with 58 patients in each group.The refined group implements a refined management model,while the traditional group implements a traditional management model.Compare hospital infections,patient complaints,management errors,satisfaction,management quality scores,and incidence of adverse events between groups.Result:The total incidence rate of hospital infection,patient complaints,and management errors in the precision group was 2 cases(3.45%),while the total incidence rate of hospital infection,patient complaints,and management errors in the traditional group was 9 cases(15.52%).The total incidence rate in the precision group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the precision group was 57 cases(98.28%),while the satisfaction rate of the traditional group was 48 cases(82.76%).The satisfaction rate of the precision group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of medical conditions,hospital environment,equipment and facilities,service philosophy,health education,and life guidance in the precision group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05),and the difference was considered statistically significant.The incidence of adverse events in the fine group was 3 cases(5.17%),while the total incidence of adverse events in the traditional group was 10 cases(17.24%).The adverse reactions in the fine group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group,and the difference was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined management in hospital quality management has a more significant effect and is worthy of widespread clinical application and promotion.
