摘要
高耗能变压器改造项目在电网生产技改项目中占据较大比例。本文聚焦高耗能变压器改造项目,基于全寿命周期理论,构建高耗能变压器改造项目投入产出评价指标体系,以初始投资和年运维检修成本开展项目投入测算,从综合降损收益、降低碳排放收益、资产核价收益三个方面的投资效益提出高耗能变压器改造项目效益量化模型,通过计算投入产出比和投资回收期评价高耗能变压器改造项目的经济效益和投资效率,有效支撑开展电网技改项目的优选和投资优化。
High energy consumption transformer renovation projects account for a large proportion of power grid production technology renovation projects.This article focuses on high energy consumption transformer renovation projects and constructs an input-output evaluation index system for high energy consumption transformer renovation projects based on the full life cycle theory.The project investment is calculated based on initial investment and annual operation and maintenance costs.A quantitative model for the investment benefits of high energy consumption transformer renovation projects is proposed from three aspects:comprehensive loss reduction benefits,carbon emission reduction benefits,and asset valuation benefits.This article evaluates the economic benefits and investment efficiency of high energy consumption transformer renovation projects by calculating the input-output ratio and investment payback period,effectively supporting the optimization and investment of power grid technical renovation projects.
