基于卡诺模型的电动汽车质量要素研究

摘要 以卡诺模型为基础结合电动汽车的特征,构建电动汽车质量要素用户满意度评价指标体系。以比亚迪海豚系列电动汽车为例,通过调查问卷的方式收集数据,以用户的视角量化电动汽车质量要素,分析用户对电动汽车质量要素的满意度,并据此为电动汽车企业提出相关改进建议。 Based on the Kano model and the characteristics of electric vehicles,the user satisfaction evaluation index system of electric vehicle quality elements was constructed.Taking BYD's dolphin series electric vehicles as an example,data is collected through questionnaires,the quality elements of electric vehicles are quantified from the perspective of users,the satisfaction of users with the quality elements of electric vehicles is analyzed,and relevant improvement suggestions are put forward by electric vehicle companies accordingly.
