摘要
介绍了一种防水用阴离子乳化沥青以及用该乳化沥青制备乳化沥青防水涂料的制备工艺,分别探讨了乳化沥青、改性胶乳、填料、助剂等原材料种类和添加量对乳化沥青防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明:乳化沥青对高低温性能和断裂伸长率有影响,改性胶乳对耐热度和低温柔度影响较大,填料可以降低成本但对低温柔度和断裂伸长率不利。通过配方试验,分别制备出了符合JC/T 408—2005标准要求的H型和L型乳化沥青防水涂料。
A type of waterproofing anionic emulsified asphalt and the preparation process of emulsified asphalt waterproofing coating using this emulsified asphalt are introduced in this article.The effects of the types and amounts of raw materials such as emulsified asphalt,modified latex,fillers and additives on the performance of emulsified asphalt waterproofing coating are discussed.The results show that emulsified asphalt has an impact on high and low temperature performance and elongation at break,while modified latex has a significant impact on heat resistance and low-temperature flexibility.Filler can reduce costs but is not conducive to low-temperature flexibility and elongation at break.Through formula experiments,H-type and L-type emulsified asphalt waterproofing coatings that meet the requirements of JC/T 408—2005 standards are prepared.
